He began his journey in 1973, founding SKO Oyarzábal in 1980.
His pioneering vision has shaped intellectual property in Brazil, with involvement in numerous successful cases.
A co-founder and former president of ABAPISUL, as well as former National Vice President of ABAPI, his name is synonymous with excellence and leadership.
He is an active member of the main associations in the field.
Vera Lúcia Pinheiro Oyarzábal
Senior Partner
Attorney and Industrial Property Agent.
Graduated in Law from ULBRA (2005), Vera has been part of the firm since 1990. Her expertise is essential in the administrative and financial management of the office, complemented by extensive experience in various areas of Intellectual Property. Member of ABAPI and ABPI.

She has additional training in Intellectual Property from Fordham Law School, the Japan Patent Office (JPO), ABAPI, and WIPO.
