What is Sko Monitor?
This involves monitoring new trademark registration applications filed with the INPI (Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property) by both competitors and third parties.
How does this control occur?
Through the registration of granted trademark applications or client requests, we monitor the processes of new trademark registration applications submitted by competitors as well as third parties who may be using the trademark without authorization and seek to register it with the INPI (Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property).
What is the advantage of doing it?
This monitoring allows you to minimize risks and even combat trademark infringements in a timely manner. That is, before the trademark is registered or to request its cancellation from the INPI (Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property).
