What is Patent Maps?
This involves mapping and monitoring, in real time, all patent and industrial design applications in progress in Brazil and abroad. Furthermore, it offers the possibility of deepening knowledge about patents granted in Brazil and abroad through a search report.
How does this control occur?
Through a registration system, we are able to monitor new patent and industrial design applications filed with the INPI (Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property). For the search report, we have access to national and international databases that allow us to analyze granted patent and industrial design processes.
What is the advantage of doing it?
This control allows for combating applications that conflict with previously granted patents and industrial designs. Furthermore, it enables updates on new technologies developed by both competitors and the market, ensuring a proactive approach to innovation.
